La Residenza

Residenza il Colle is a beautiful Tuscan farmhouse situated a top a hill which offers its guests splendid views of the valleys of Chianti til the town of Fiesole.

The impressive structure, recently renovated by the Grifoni family, remains faithful to the original design which dates back to the 1200’s. An elegant swimming pool in panoramic position agreed moments of comfortable and bracing relaxation dipped between the hills of the Tuscan countryside since May to October. Each environment has been redesigned with every comfort in mind to ensure its guests a pleasurable stay.

The “Residenza il Colle” is located in Chianti just outside the charming town of Impruneta. The town is situated on the famous “strada del vino” (road of wine) which winds its way through the wine country of Chianti.. more >>

Rooms

All rooms are elegantly furnished by the company Vittorio Grifoni, with the utmost care and attention to research the details of the tradition and atmosphere of the typical farmhouses of the Tuscan countryside.

The double rooms
The double rooms offer a warm and refined atmosphere, with the characteristic white and red, on demand for individual use, they all have a bathroom with shower, hairdryer, satellite TV, minibar, safe, air-conditioned. more >>

The short distance from the center of Florence, makes Residenza il Colle an excellent starting point to visit museums and monuments of the Tuscan capital.
On request we may book tickets for the main museums of the city such as the Galleria degli Uffizi, Galleria dell’Accademia, National Museum of the Bargello, Palazzo Pitti
