Motorway A1 exit Firenze Certosa
follow directions to Ipruneta (6 Km) and turn on the left after the gas station following the direction to Pozzolatico, continue for about 700 meters and turn right into via Falcone, at the end of it you’ll get via Codacci turn left , we are the first big house that you’ll see on the left.

Motorway A1 exit Firenze Sud
10 Km in the direction to Impruneta, pass through Grassina to Chiantigiana road SS 222, pass Golf Club Ugolino and turn right in the direction to Impruneta. After the village turn right in the direction to Pozzolatico, continue for about 700 meters and turn right into via Falcone, at the end of it you’ll get via Codacci turn left , we are the first big house that you’ll see on the left.

From the Airport
Vespucci, Florence Direction to Porta Romana square, direction to Galluzzo and A1 motorway- Siena , follow the direction to Impruneta (don’t get Motorway to Siena or A1), after about 6 Km, turn on the left after the Shell gas station following the direction to Pozzolatico, continue for about 700 meters and turn right into via Falcone, at the end of it you’ll get via Codacci turn left , we are the first big house that you’ll see on the left.
